| Description | Complement C4b Antibody (clone 25.3F4) LS-C22312. Specific for human C4b. Epitope specificity differs from that of clone 6F71 as determined by inhibition ELISA. Reacts strongly with C4. A strong reaction is seen with normal human serum when tested in sandwich ELISA in combination with a polyclonal antibody against C4. No reaction is seen with C4-depleted serum. Also reacts with C4b deposited on coated antibody molecules. In Western blotting after SDS-PAGE reacts with C4 in both reduced and non-reduced forms. |
