| Description | Purity ~95% (SDS-PAGE) Purified by immunoaffinity chromatography. Endotoxin: ≤1.0EU/ug (LAL). Rac1, belonging to the Rho small GTPase family, regulates the actin cytoskeleton but also other cellular processes. RAC1 have been shown to be involved in the regulation of cell-cell adhesion. Recombinant human RAC1, fused to His-tag at N-terminus, was expressed in E. coli and purified by using conventional chromatography techniques. Recombinant corresponding aa1-192 from human RAC1, His-tag at the N-Terminal, expressed in E. coli.
