Standards or samples are added to the appropriate microtiter plate wells with Nitrofurantoin specific antibody and Horseradish Peroxidase (HRP) conjugated anti-antibody. The competitive inhibition reaction is launched between pre-coated Nitrofurantoin and Nitrofurantoin in standards or samples with the Nitrofurantoin special antibody.
