| Product Name | Tyrosine-Protein phosphatase non-Receptor type substrate 1, Recombinant, Rat, aa32-373, His-Tag (SIRPA) |
| Description | Purity ~95% (SDS-PAGE). SIRPA, also known as tyrosine-protein phosphatase non-receptor type substrate 1, is an immunoglobulin-like cell surface receptor for CD47. It supports adhesion of cerebellar neurons, neurite outgrowth and glial cell attachment. It may play a key role in intracellular signaling during synaptogenesis and in synaptic function. It is involved in the negative regulation of receptor tyrosine kinase-coupled cellular responses induced by cell adhesion, growth factors or insulin. Source: Recombinant protein corresponding to aa32-373 from rat SIRPA, fused to His-tag at C-terminal expressed in insect cell. Molecular Weight: ~38.5kD (350aa) AA |
