| Description | The Ansh Labs' Follistatin-like 3 (FSTL-3) ELISA is a quantitative three-step sandwich type immunoassay. FSTL-3, also known as Follistatin-related Gene (FLRG) and Follistatin-related protein (FSRP), has been studied in regulation of energy balance and metabolism, gestational diabetes, preeclampsia, and promotor of tumor cell proliferation. Wide dynamic range of 0.36-12 ng/mL allows for studies in a variety of physiological states without repeat testing of samples. Sensitive to 0.164 ng/mL. Total 2.5 hour incubation at room temperature. Long shelf life of 24 months. The monoclonal antibody pair used in the assay detects human, Caprine, Bovine, Equine and Canine FSTL-3. Closely related analytes when tested did not show any detectable cross-reactivity. Research Use Only within the United States.
