| Description | The Ansh Labs' Glucagon-like peptide-2 (GLP-2) enzyme linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) kit, a quantitative three-step sandwich immunoassay, provides materials for the quantitative measurement of GLP-2 in EDTA plasma and other biological fluids. Same day results with total 2.5 hour incubation at RT avoids the complex or overnight procedures inherent in many GLP-2 assays. Measures GLP-2 (1-34) at 100%, MPGF at 6%, and non-detectable for Oxyntomodulin, Glucagon, GLP-1, GRPP, Insulin or C-Peptide. Sensitive to 0.011 ng/mL; analytical measurable range of 0.17-7.5 ng/mL allows for accurate quantitations. Sample size of 50 µL for human, no extraction needed, no special collection tube required.
