| Description | Sample Type: Serum Intended Use: For the quantitative determination of mouse 1,25-dihydroxyvitamin D3 (DVD/DHVD 3) concentrations in serum. Sensitivity: 250fmol/L Range: 1000-5000fmol/L Specificity: This assay has high sensitivity and excellent specificity for detection of mouse DHVD3. No significant cross-reactivity or interference between mouse DHVD3 and analogues was observed. Test Principle: This BioAssay™ employs the competitive inhibition enzyme immunoassay technique. The microtiter plate provided in this kit has been pre-coated with an antibody. Standards or samples are added to the appropriate microtiter plate wells with Horseradish Peroxidase (HRP) conjugated DHVD 3 Hapten. The competitive inhibition reaction is launched between with HRP-conjugated DHVD 3 Hapten and DHVD 3 in samples.
