| Description | For the quantitative measurement of insulin in serum and plasma with a range of 0.9 - 220 mU/L and an assay time of 2h 30min. The kits have ~100% cross-reactivity with insulin analogues, while having virtually no cross-reactivity with other markers such as c-peptide, proinsulin, and rodent insulin. The kits also have a higher sensitivity than competitor kits while maintaining a wide range (0.9 - 220 ng/mL), allowing customers to run low and high range samples with one kit. In addition to significant cost savings, the 10 kit pack has the advantage of ensuring consistent quality by providing individually packaged kits (as opposed to providing bulk reagents), ensuring reagents remain sealed until used. This format also is more convenient, as users don't have to measure out reagents for each plate. The kits are identical to the single kits (Cat# 90095) with the exception of their external labeling. |
