| Description | The Microalbuminuria (MAU/ALB), BioAssay™ ELISA Kit is a sandwich ELISA intended for the quantitative determination of rat Microalbuminuria (MAU/ALB) concentrations in serum, plasma and urine. Detection Range: 0.01-40ug/ml Sensitivity: 0.01ug/ml Specificity: This assay has high sensitivity and excellent specificity for detection of rat MAU/ALB. No significant cross-reactivity or interference between rat MAU/ALB and analogues was observed. Precision: Intra-assay: CV% <8% Inter-assay: CV% <10% Principle of the Assay: This BioAssay™ employs the quantitative sandwich enzyme immunoassay technique. An antibody specific for MAU/ALB has been pre-coated onto a microplate. Standards and samples are pipetted into the wells and any MAU/ALB present is bound by the immobilized antibody.
