Source: Recombinant protein corresponding to aa1-664 from human PADI-3 at C-terminal, fused to FLAG-tag expressed in Baculovirus infected Sf9. Molecular Weight: ~75kD Specific Activity: 22pmole/min/ug Assay Conditions: Enzyme reaction took place in a buffer (50mM Tris, pH 7.4, 50mM NaCl, 10mM CaCl2, and 2mM DTT) containing PADI and 10mM BAEE as a substrate for 25 min at 37°C. Application: Useful for the study of enzyme kinetics, screening inhibitors, and selectivity profiling. |
