| Description | PXN / Paxillin Antibody (HRP) LS-C548677. Specificity: Reacts strongly with two bands on Western blots of total cell lysate from chick embryo fibroblasts or rat brain. The lower molecular band is believed to be either an isoform or a degradation product of the 68kD protein, since it is found also on SDS-PAGE of affinity purified paxillin. Recognizes human, canine, mouse, chick and rat. |
