| Description | CD75 / ST6GAL1 Antibody (clone LN-1) LS-C204145. Specificity: Reactive with cell surface protein sensitive to neuraminidase, present on a subpopulation of mature B-cells, mainly germinal center B-cells. In non-lymphoid tissues, epithelial cells from several organs and in the bone marrow red blood cell precursors are stained. The LN-1 antibody is reactive on routinely processed paraffin embedded sections and is therefore an excellent marker for B-cell malignancies. |
