Product Name | WM3282 Non-Viable Cell Pellet (10 x10^6 cells) |
Description | Non-viable cell pellet was generated from cell line WM3282. WM3282 is a tumorigenic (VGP) primary melanoma cell line with competence for metastasis. These cells display pigmented, mesenchymal morphology in culture. This cell line contains V600K (Val600Lys) mutation at codon 600 in the BRAF gene. This mutation occurs within the activation segment of the kinase domain and causes constitutively active kinase activity and activation of MEK and ERK signaling pathway. WM3282 cells produce xenograft tumors when injected into immunocompromised mice. |
