Product Name | WM3533 Non-Viable Cell Pellet (5 x10^6 cells) |
Description | Non-viable cell pellet was generated from cell line WM3533. WM3533 is a human metastatic melanoma cell line that displays a fibroblastic morphology. This cell line was established from a lymph node metastases of a patient. This cell line features the specific V600E (Val600Glu) mutation at codon 600 in the BRAF gene. This mutation causes constitutively active kinase activity and activation of MEK and ERK signaling pathway. WM3533 cells produce xenograft tumors when injected into immunocompromised mice. |
