| Product Name | B9D1, Recombinant, Human, aa1-204, His-Tag (B9 Domain-Containing Protein 1 Isoform B) |
| Description | Purity ~85% (SDS-PAGE). BpD1 is a B9 domain-containing protein, one of several that are involved in ciliogenesis. Alterations in expression of this gene have been found in a family with Meckel syndrome. Meckel syndrome has been associated with at least six different genes. This gene is located within the Smith-Magenis syndrome region on chromosome 17. Three alternatively spliced transcript variants that encode different proteins have been described for this gene. Source: Recombinant protein corresponding to aa1-204 from human B9D1, fused to His-tag at N-terminus, expressed in E.coli. Molecular Weight: ~25.2kD (227aa) Applications: Suitable for use in SDS-PAGE. |
