| Description | Purity >95% by HPLC. Reticulol is an isocoumarin metabolite produced by selected species of Streptomyces. Reticulol was first described as a potent inhibitor of cyclic nucleotide phosphodiesterase but more recent research has demonstrated a topoisomerase I inactivation mechanism.
