In SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions, rh CD34 migrates with the apparent molecular mass betwwen 40 and 50 kDa due to different glycosylation. A DNA sequence encoding the extracellular domain of human CD34 precursor (NP_001020280.1) (Met 1-Thr 290) was expressed with a polyhistidine tag at the C-terminus. |
