The apparent molecular mass of rmB7H4/Fc monomer is approximately 70-75 kDa in SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions due to glycosylation. A DNA sequence encoding the mature form of mouse B7H4 (Q7TSP5) (phe 29-Ser 256) was fused with the Fc region of human IgG1 at the C-terminus. |
