| Description | Background: A cocktail of five protease inhibitors with broad specificity for the inhibition of aspartic, serine, cysteine, aminopeptidases and thermolysin-like proteases. This cocktail is recommended for purification of proteins containing His-Tag sequences. Provided in 1 ml DMSO. One ml is recommended for about 10 g of cells. Each vial contains 100 mM of AEBSF, HCl, 5 mM of Bestatin, 1.5 mM of E-64, 2 mM of Pepstatin A and 200 uM of Phosphoramidon disodium salt. Provided with a datasheet. |
