| Description | A cocktail of five protease inhibitors with broad specificity for the inhibition of aspartic; serine; cysteine; aminopeptidases and thermolysin-like proteases. This cocktail is recommended for purification of proteins containing His-Tag sequences. One ml of the reconstituted cocktail is recommended for about 10 g of cells. Each vial contains 100 mM of AEBSF; HCl; 5 mM of Bestatin; 1.5 mM of E-64; 2 mM of Pepstatin A and 200 uM of Phosphoramidon disodium salt. |
