| Description | Wingless Type MMTV Integration Site Family, Member 3A (WNT3A) BioAssay™ ELISA Kit (Mouse) is a sandwich enzyme immunoassay for in vitro quantitative measurement of WNT3A in mouse serum, plasma and other biological fluids. Detection Range: 15.6-1000pg/ml Sensitivity: 5.4pg/ml Intra-Assay CV: <10% Inter-Assay CV: <12% Principle of the Test: The wells of the microtiter strips provided in this kit have been pre-coated with an antibody specific to WNT3A. Standards or samples are then added to the appropriate wells with a biotin-conjugated antibody specific to WNT3A. Next, Avidin conjugated to Horseradish Peroxidase (HRP) is added to each well and incubated. After TMB substrate solution is added, only those wells that contain WNT3A, biotin-conjugated antibody and enzyme-conjugated Avidin will exhibit a change in color.
