| Description | Purity >98% by HPLC. Inhibitor of p56lck tyrosine kinase. Blocks the growth of v-Ras-transformed human bronchial epithelial cells, but has little effect on normal human bronchial epithelial cells at 370 µM. Recently it was shown that it is a novel alkaline nuclease inhibitor suppressing herpes simplex virus typ 1 (HSV-1) yields in cell cultures. It inhibits the transmission of neuropathic pain mediated by P2X(2/3) receptor of primary sensory neurons to alleviate chronic neuropathic pain. |
