Affects DC differentiation and function, leading to impaired T cell activation. Used in the treatment of myeloproliferative neoplasms and psoriasis. Anticancer agent. Shown to induce apoptosis and autophagy. Potent and selective inhibitor of HIV-1 replication and virus reactivation in vitro. |
