| Product Name | Macrophage Inflammatory Protein-1 gamma, Recombinant, Mouse (MIP-1g, CCL9/10, MRP2, CCF18) |
| Description | Purity ~95% (SDS-PAGE, HPLC). MIP-1g is a CC chemokine found in murine blood and a wide variety of mouse tissues, with no known human homolog. MIP-1g signals through the CCR1 receptor. MIP-1g chemoattracts neutrophils and also inhibits colony formation of bone marrow myeloid immature progenitors. MIP-1g contains six cysteines including the four highly conserved cysteine residues present in CC chemokines. Source: Recombinant protein corresponding to mouse Macrophage Inflammatory Protein-1 gamma, a single non-glycosylated polypeptide chain containing 101aa, expressed in E. coli. Molecular Weight: ~11.5kD (101aa) Applications: Suitable for use in SDS-PAGE. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Biological Activity: Measured by its ability to chemoattract human CCR1 transfected BaF3 mouse proB cells. The ED50 for this effect is typically 0.002-0.01ug/mL. Endotoxin: <1EU/ug (LAL) AA |
