The S100 family of proteins contain two EF-hand calcium-binding motifs and are thought to be involved in the regulation of a number of cellular processes including cell cycle progression and differentiation. This protein may function in motility, invasion and tubulin polymerisation. Applications: Suitable for use in ELISA. |
