| Description | The CD74 (HLA Class II Histocompatibility Antigen gamma Chain) BioAssay™ ELISA Kit (Human) is a quantitative sandwich assay for the detection of CD74 in human serum, plasma and other biological fluids. Cell lysates and tissue homogenates, though not tested, may potentially be used as samples. Detection Range: 0.625-40ng/ml Sensitivity: <0.375ng/ml Precision: Intra-Assay CV: <8% Inter-Assay CV: <10% Assay Principle: The microtiter plate provided in this kit has been pre-coated with an antibody specific to CD74. Standards and samples are added to the appropriate microtiter plate wells followed by a biotin-conjugated antibody specific to CD74. Streptavidin conjugated to Horseradish Peroxidase (HRP) is added to each microplate well and incubated. After TMB substrate solution is added, only those wells that contain CD74, Biotin-conjugated antibody and enzyme-conjugated Streptavidin complex will exhibit a change in color.
