| Description | The human BMP-5 (Bone morphogenetic protein-5) BioAssay™ ELISA (Enzyme-Linked Immunosorbent Assay) kit is an in vitro enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay for the quantitative measurement of human BMP-5. Sample Type: Serum and plasma (BMP-5 concentration in human normal serum/plasma is pretty low, it may not be detected in this assay). Cell culture supernatants and urine. Intended Use: Applications include: quantitative protein detection, establishing normal range and validation of antibody array results. Sensitivity: The minimum detectable dose of BMP-5 is typically <0.25ng/ml. Specificity: Recognizes human BMP-5.
