| Product Name | STK3, Recombinant, Human, aa1-322, His-Tag (Serine/Threonine-Protein Kinase 3, KRS1, MST2) |
| Description | Purity ~90% (SDS-PAGE). STK3, also known as serine/threonine-protein kinase 3, is a mammalian Ste20-related protein kinases most closely related to Drosophila Hippo, a major regulator of cell proliferation and survival during development. It is a serine/threonine kinase that functions early in a pheromone responsive signal transduction cascade in yeast. It activates the human large tumor suppressor kinase Lats1. It modulates stress-induced cardiac hypertrophy. Source: Recombinant protein corresponding to aa1-322 from human STK3, fused to His-Tag at C-terminal, expressed in insect cell. Molecular Weight: ~37.6kD (331aa), 40-57kD (SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions) Endotoxin: <1EU/1ug (determined by LAL method) AA |
