| Description | Purity ~90% (SDS-PAGE). NAGA, also known as alpha-N-acetylgalactosaminidase, is a lysosomal exoglycosidase that cleaves terminal alpha-N-acetylgalactosamine residues from glycopeptides and glycolipids. It is hardly expected to cause an allergic reaction in Fabry disease patients. It is highly promising as a new and safe enzyme for ERT for Fabry disease. Source: Recombinant protein corresponding to aa18-411 from human NAGA, fused to His-Tag at C-terminal, expressed in insect cell.
