Does not show binding to HIV-1 p24 specific murine monoclonal antibodies of defined epitope specificity by ELISA and Western Blot. Specificity: Binds to HIV-2 converted human serum polyclonal antibodies as determined by ELISA and Western Blot. Does not bind to HIV-1 converted human serum antibodies as determined by Dot Blot, ELISA assays. Applications: Suitable for use in ELISA and Western Blot. |
