| Product Name | AMTN, Recombinant, Human, aa17-209, His-Tag (Amelotin, UNQ689) |
| Description | Purity ~90% (SDS-PAGE). AMTN belongs to the amelotin family. It could be a cell adhesion protein involved in the maturation of tooth enamel. AMTN is a recently discovered secreted enamel protein predominantly expressed during the maturation stage of enamel formation. It accumulates in a basal lamina-like structure at the interface between ameloblasts and enamel mineral and it colocalizes with another recently described enamel protein, odontogenic ameloblast-associated protein (ODAM). Source: Recombinant protein corresponding to aa17-209 from human AMTN at N-terminal, fused to His-tag expressed in E.coli.
