| Description | CH106 recognizes the fast-migrating component of gizzard tropomyosin and cardiac alpha-tropomyosin and skeletal beta-tropomyosin, but not skeletal alpha-tropomyosin or chicken embryo fibroblasts tropomyosin. CH106 interferes with the binding of tropomyosin to actin. |
