Standards or samples are added to the appropriate microtiter plate wells with Diethylsilbestrol specific antibody and Horseradish Peroxidase (HRP) conjugated anti-antibody. The competitive inhibition reaction is launched between pre-coated Diethylsilbe strol and Diethylsilbestrol in standards or samples with the Diethylsilbestrol special antibody.
