| Description | The human IFN-gamma BioAssay™ ELISA (Enzyme-Linked Immunosorbent Assay) kit is an in vitro enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay for the quantitative measurement of human IFN-gamma. Sample Type: Serum and plasma (human IFN-gamma concentration is pretty low in normal serum/plasma, it may not be detected in this assay). Cell culture supernatants and urine. Intended Use: Applications include: quantitative protein detection, establishing normal range and validation of antibody array results. Sensitivity: The minimum detectable concentration of IFN-gamma is <15pg/ml. Range: 15-15,000pg/ml Specificity: Recognizes human IFN-gamma.
