| Description | Purity ~99%. Isoflavone derivative found in soy-based food products. Solubility: Very insoluble (< 100ug/ml) in methanol, ethanol, or water; soluble in DMSO. Very insoluble in aqueous alcohol or aqueous acetonitrile; with heating, a solution of 100ug/ml can be made, but upon cooling most of the glycitein crystallizes out, leaving ~10ug/ml or less in solution. |
