| Product Name | TIGIT, Recombinant, Human, aa22-141, HIgG-His-tag |
| Description | Purity ~90% (SDS-PAGE). TIGIT, also known as T-cell immunoreceptor with Ig and ITIM domains, is a surface protein containing and immunoglobulin variable domain. This protein is expressed at low levels on peripheral memory and regulatory CD4+ T-cells and NK cells. Also, it binds with high affinity to the poliovirus receptor which causes increased secretion of IL10 and decreased secretion of IL12B and suppresses T-cell activation by promoting the generation of mature immunoregulatory dendritic cells. Recombinant human TIGIT, fused to hIgG-His-Tag at C-terminal, expressed in insect cell and purified by using conventional chromatography techniques. Source: Recombinant protein corresponding to aa22-141 of human TIGIT, fused to hIgG-His-Tag at C-terminal, expressed in insect cell. Molecular Weight: ~40.0kD (359aa), ~40-57kD (SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions) Endotoxin: <1EU/1ug (determined by LAL method) AA |
