It is a moderately potent inhibitor of farnesylation of RAS P21 protein, 3-fold more active than streptonigrin. 10'-desmethoxystreptonigrin has also been reported to have potent and broad spectrum antibacterial and antitumor activity. Purity: >95% by HPLC Solubility: Soluble in ethanol, methanol, DMF or DMSO. |
