In this assay the Fetuin present in samples reacts with the anti-Fetuin antibodies which have been adsorbed to the surface of polystyrene microtitre wells. After the removal of unbound proteins by washing, anti-Fetuin antibodies conjugated with horseradish peroxidase (HRP), are added. |
