Judgment basis: r2≥0.990 Test Principle: Anti-human C-reactive protein (CRP) antibodies is cross-linked onto latex particle which can carry out agglutination reaction with CRP in serum to form antigen-antibody complex. By measuring the absorbance values at specific wavelengths, CRP content in the sample can be calculated by referring to the multi-calibration curve.
