| Description | This product is an organic based mounting medium for immunohistochemical procedures. Organic insoluble chromogens such as DAB and BCIP/NBT are best preserved in this mounting medium. This reagent is ready-to-use. Protocol: 1. After immunostaining, dehydrate tissue sections in a graded series of alcohol and clear in xylene. 2. Cover tissue section with a few (2-4) drops of this mounting medium and put cover slip on. 3. Cap immediately after use. |
