| Description | Test Principle United States Biological's Bromodeoxyuridine Cell Proliferation Kit, BioAssay™ (BrdU), mouse monoclonal antibody is used to detect the BrdU in a sample. After addition of IgG (HRP) goat anti-mouse secondary antibody, substrate and stop solution, the amount of BrdU is determined. The higher the OD, the higher the BrdU concentration in the sample.
