| Description | Purity ≥95% (SDS-PAGE). Recombinant IL2-Ra comprises a 192 amino acid fragment (223-798) corresponding to the mature IL2- Ra protein and is expressed in E. coli with an amino- terminal hexahistidine tag. IL2-Ra is one of the three constituent subunits of the IL2 receptor. IL2-Ra is released into the serum after increased cellular expression such as increased activation of B and T cells. Clinical manifestations of IL2- Ra elevation include autoimmune conditions and some leukemia's and lymphomas. Applications: Suitable for use in ELISA. |
