| Product Name | ML-191 |
| Description | Purity >98%. GPR55 is a G protein-coupled receptor that has been described as a cannabinoid (CB) receptor, although it also responds to other ligands, including lysophosphatidylinositol (LPI). ML-191 is an antagonist of GPR55, blocking LPI-induced activation (EC50 = 1.1 µM). ML-191 inhibits LPI-induced phosphorylation of ERK1/2 (IC50 = 328 nM) and blocks receptor-dependent translocation of PKCBetaII when used at a concentration of 30 µM. |
