| Product Name | APRIL, Recombinant, Mouse |
| Description | Purity ≥98% by SDS-PAGE and HPLC analyses. Endotoxin: ≤0.1ng/ug (1EU/ug). APRIL (a proliferation-inducing Ligand), also known as TNFSF13, is a type II membrane protein belonging to the TNF Ligand family. Although low levels of APRIL are found in normal tissues, it is abundantly expressed in tumor cells. Recombinant soluble APRIL stimulates proliferation in Raji B cells, Jurkat T cells and MCF-7 carcinoma cells. Both APRIL and BAFF (BLyS) mediate their distinct biological roles through two receptors, TACI and BCMA. Recombinant Murine APRIL is a soluble 21.9kD protein, consisting of 192 amino acid residues. Biological Activity: Measured by its ability to induce cell proliferation of activated T cells.
