| Description | Human CTGF ELISA Cytokine Development Kit contains the key components required for the quantitative measurement of natural and/or recombinant Human CTGF in a sandwich ELISA format. Using the ELISA protocol attached, the recommended microplates, reagents and solutions, the components supplied in this kit are sufficient to assay Human CTGF in approximately 1000 ELISA plate wells. Detection Range: 32-4000pg/ml Cross Reactivity: When tested at 50ng/ml the following antigens did not exhibit significant cross reactivity: Human BMP-4, CTGFL/WISP-2, CYR61, IGF-I, IGF-II, IGF-BP1, NOV, TGF-beta1, WISP-1, WISP-3 Kit Components: 145869A: Capture Antibody, 1x100ug. Reconstitute in 1ml sterile water for a concentration of 100ug/ml. 145869B: Detection Antibody (Biotin), 1x50ug.
