| Description | A cocktail consisting of five protease inhibitors useful for the inhibition of a broad range of proteases. Reconstitution of each vial with 1 ml DI water provides a 100X stock solution. Useful for the protection of proteins from endogenous proteases that can be released during protein extraction from cell lysates. The concentrations of the five protease inhibitors in a 1X solution are: AEBSF HCl ; Aprotinin, Recombinant ; E-64, Leupeptin hemisulfate, and EDTA disodium (500 µM ). |
