Caspase Inhibitor Sets in the ready-to-use format are also available, providing researchers with more convenient tools for studying multiple apoptosis-inhibiting processes. Sequence: Z-Leu-Glu-Val-Asp-FMK (FMK, fluoromethyl ketone) Purity: ≥ 95% by HPLC analysis Concentration: 2mM Recommended Usage: Cell cultures (in vitro): the 10mM caspase inhibitors can be used at 1000X dilutions (e.g., Add 1ul to 1ml of culture medium).
