Sensitivity: 7.397ug/ml Range: 9.4-600ug/ml Specificity: This assay has high sensitivity and excellent specificity for detection of bovine IgG. No significant cross-reactivity or interference between bovine IgG and analogues was observed. Test Principle: This BioAssay™ employs the competitive inhibition enzyme immunoassay technique. The microtiter plate provided in this kit has been pre-coated with bovine IgG. Standards and samples are pipetted into the wells with a Horseradish Peroxidase (HRP) conjugated antibody specific for bovine IgG. Following a wash to remove any unbound reagent, a substrate solution is added to the wells and color develops in opposite to the amount of bovine IgG in samples.
