Sensitivity: 29ng/ml Range: 125-8000ng/ml Specificity: This assay has high sensitivity and excellent specificity for detection of mouse IgG. No significant cross-reactivity or interference between mouse IgG and analogues was observed. Test Principle: This BioAssay™ employs the competitive inhibition enzyme immunoassay technique. The microtiter plate provided in this kit has been pre-coated with mouse IgG. Standards and samples are pipetted into the wells with a Horseradish Peroxidase (HRP) conjugated antibody specific for mouse IgG. Following a wash to remove any unbound reagent, a substrate solution is added to the wells and color develops in opposite to the amount of mouse IgG in samples.
