| Product Name | HCST, Recombinant, Human, aa20-48, hIgG-His-tag |
| Description | Purity ~90% (SDS-PAGE). HCST, also known as hematopoietic cell signal transducer isoform 1, is a member of the DAP10 family. It can be part of an immunoreceptor complex. This receptor plays an important role in inducing cytotoxicity against MHC class I chain-associated MICA and target cells expressing cell surface ligands such as MICB and UL16-binding protein (ULBP). This receptor complex can play a role in cell survival and proliferation by activation of NK and T cell responses.Recombinant human HCST, fused to hIgG-His-Tag at C-terminal, expressed in insect cell and purified by using conventional chromatography techniques. Source: Recombinant protein corresponding to aa20-48 of human HCST, fused to hIgG-His-Tag at C-terminal, expressed in insect cell. Molecular Weight: ~30.1kD (271aa), ~28-40kD (SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions) Endotoxin: <1EU/1ug (determined by LAL method) AA |
